Payments
How can I pay?

All the major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard) or debit cards and Paypal are accepted, you can use them all to pay safely and quickly. You will be charged upon order confirmation. Payments by bank transfer are not accepted.

The order will be considered concluded only after the debit authorization received from the issuing bank and after the availability of the goods in stock has been confirmed.

How much does shipping cost?

All international customers are responsible for covering taxes and/or duties or any brokerage fees applied to international shipments.

Delivery times and methods: when and where will I receive my order?

The shipment will be sent to the address set as the “delivery address”.

The order preparation requires three 3 working days.

The estimated times for sending and delivering the items are purely indicative and cannot be relied upon completely.

When will my order be sent? Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, national holidays and company closures. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from Monday morning.

RETURNS 

Can I return the products? What is the period for making a return?

Yes. You can return our products. The deadline for returns is within 14 working days from the receipt of said products.

How can I make a return? Fill out the return form. (Bottone su modulo resi) The products are to be returned to meeyogawear via a logistics service of your choice with a tracking number for the shipment. For every request not covered in the return form, you can contact us at meeyogawear@gmail.com, we will reply as soon as possible. Return costs, taxes and/or duties and any intermediary costs will be covered by you (the buyer).

Can I return any items? Yes, except products on sale or bought during promotions. The products must be returned in perfect condition, in the original and intact packaging; the identification tag must be attached to the product, since it is an integral part of the product itself. Only unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged products can be returned. No refund will be provided for returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions of the returned product; in this case, the buyer may receive the products back at his own expense and in the same condition they were returned.

How will I receive a refund for the returned products? Once the products have been received and checked by the meeyogawear and the eligibility of the return has been approved, we will proceed with the refund. The refund* will be credited by the company with the same payment method chosen by the buyer, within 30 days from the date on which the supplier became aware of the withdrawal itself. *No refund will be provided for returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions of the returned products; in this case, the buyer may receive the products back at his own expense in the same condition they were returned

Can I swap my product with another? No, you can only return your product and place a new order from our online shop.
